18pxI once visited a biweekly meeting of the youth group of a “full gospel” congregation around the early 1980s. At the end of another whole evening talking about various “things that touch the message somewhat”, I found my bible still unused under my seat after my surprise, and that happened more than once. In retrospect it became clear to me that the youth leader in question was already telling disguised New Age lies at the time. That is why my Bible could bite dust under my seat. Because if there is one thing that Satan hates, it is the opening of God's Word.
The devastating result of this appalling lack of Bible knowledge within the evangelical world was,
among other things, that I could notice from the reactions on my website that people are massively concerned
about all kinds of side issues. Side issues, which Satan throws as a distraction in this spiritual war,
but most of all to prevent people from discovering what the gospel is really about. As a result, no “salvation”
is to be expected from the current “Christianity,” divided into many denominations. To make
that clear to the sincere people within this spiritual Babylon, a dividing wall must sometimes be slammed
to the ground. Nor should we lose sight of the fact that Jesus once taught His disciples that much more
would have to happen before the tyranny of Satan was driven out of this world. If there is something
that I have heard very little about for decades and about which also very litle has been written, it is
the sons of God. On the other hand, I have seen some other subjects return over and over again with such
fanaticism that one wouldn't dare to speak against it. If I think back of those times when I saw people
with their flaming eyes rescuing their holy house from the demolition hammer, I can again feel the climate
of intolerance that surrounded such flame throwers. More than once that threatened “sanctuary”
was the subject: Israël . As a kid, it was already clear to me at the time that particularly cunning
doctrines were speaking. Because as a child you can feel remarkably well when “those adults”
are violating the truth. Only in that regard it would be a pure necessity to remain just a child. Then
at least you know what the gospel is really about. Because: “The gospel is far too complicated for
adults. Only a child can comprehend it.”
In short: within Christianity people are usually very busy with side issues, or even worse: about the
teachings of evil spirits, while the subject of the sons of God has remained largely a mystery due to
the silence about this. Although the subject sons of God is only used in a few places in the New
Testament, it is absolutely impossible to ignore the gospel about it. An important statement from Jesus
to His disciples in this regard was: “You shall be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect”
(Matthew 5:48). The sons of God and the church of Jesus Christ have everything
to do with each other. What remains outside of it will belong to the spiritual Babylon, the apostate church.
And this apostate church does not only concern the Roman Catholic church!! The separation between the
church of Christ (the sons of God) and this spiritual Babylon gradually becomes clearer. It was to
be expected that the vast majority of current Christianity will become members of this apostate church.
Indeed, it is a spiritual law that the majority is always in evil, and this was highlighted in Exodus
23:2: “You shall not follow the majority in evil, nor bear testimony with the majority
in legal proceedings, to bend the right.” Jesus already predicted that the large bulk of Christians
will end up in error. In Matthew 24:10 He said, “And then shall many
be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.”
In order to save the sincere people among men from this calamity, Jesus brought an everyday gospel, a practice-oriented gospel, to be applied by the common man with a sincere heart to the practice of every day. Jesus was not concerned with theories and theological considerations that mortals cannot cope with. So Jesus brought an understandable gospel because He knows our limitations and therefore He does not burden us with unbearable burdens. Satan, on the other hand, is very busy with such things. When Jesus says, “Thou shalt be perfect,” He is not talking about an elusive distant future, but about the present day. That was a clear message, but it was silenced by spiritual Babylon and its teachings of evil spirits. When Jesus dethroned Satan on Calvary because Satan had not been able to force Jesus to disobey God's plan of redemption despite all his gathered armies, panic broke out in the heavenly realms and the spiritual war entered a new phase. Because Satan realized that the way was now open for Jesus to permanently break the power of the ruler of this world, since Calvary he went around more than ever as a roaring lion to find out who he could devour (Peter 5:8). And who would he have in mind for this? Aren't those people mentioned in Revelation 14:1-4 as being redeemed from the earth? We read there: “And I saw and behold, the Lamb stood on mount Zion, and with him one hundred and forty-four thousand, on whose foreheads his name and the name of his Father were written. And I heard a voice from heaven as the voice of many waters and the voice of heavy thunder. And the voice that I heard was as of citers playing on their citers; and they sang a new song for the throne and for the four animals and elders; and no one could learn the song but the one hundred and forty-four thousand, the redeemed from the earth. These are they who have not stained themselves with women, for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were purchased from men as firstfruits for God and the Lamb.”
When God placed man on this earth to rule over this earth, that was His eternal purpose. In the book of Ecclesiastes we find the conclusion: “I have seen that all that God does is forever.” That is why God never deviated from His plan for man, even when Satan was given power by the fall of man because man became disobedient to God's prohibition to eat the fruit. When Jesus came to this world it was not only to break the power of the ruler of this world on Calvary but also to be able to reconcile man who fell into sin and to eventually also be able to give back that stolen rule to man. In contrast to the paradisiacal conditions under which the first people were given a task, we now have to deal with the fact that there is a ruler of this world approaching his downfall. And who will try to postpone this fate to the last. Because God had given that rule to man, it is now man's job to get it back. This was the gospel that Jesus left to His disciples. Only when they received the Holy Spirit they were able to comprehend it all and could this Teacher of justice convince them of everything that Jesus had taught them. Like that for example in John 16:12-15 Jesus announced: “I still have much to say to you, but you cannot bear it now, but when He comes, the Spirit of truth will show you the way to full truth.”
Since the mission to the disciples, this gospel has been challenged by fire and sword, and many of Jesus' followers who wanted to respond to it have been persecuted and killed. God needs perfect people for His plan because only those who no longer know sin are invincible, just as Adam and Eve were before they responded to the temptation of sin. Satan knows that those who want to obey this gospel are the greatest threat to his kingdom.
Jesus was elusive to Satan, despite the violence he unleashed on our Redeemer, especially on the cross and the martyrdom that Jesus suffered. Jesus told that in John 14:29-31: “And now I have told you before it happens, that you may believe when it happens. I shall not speak much with you any more, for the ruler of the world cometh not to me, but the world must know that I love the Father and do as the Father hath commanded me. Get up, let's get away from here.” The sons of God also get to bear their share of the cross. In Revelation 12 it is described in verses 4b and 5, where it says: “And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, to devour it as soon as she had given birth to her child. And she gave birth to a son, a male being, who will guard all nations with an iron staff; and her child was suddenly taken away to God and his throne.” This is about the dragon standing before the woman to devour her child. This child is an image of the sons of God. In Revelation 12:2 we read that the woman screamed in her pain to give birth. This points to the enormous struggle that has taken place in their lives until that promised perfection is achieved.
Struggles with to despair driven evil spirits who, by order of Satan, must cause harm to anyone who wants to go this high road. These struggles with Satan and his fallen angels also form a selection procedure. A very strict selection procedure even. In Judges 7 we can read that of the 32,000 men who wanted to help the Judge Gideon to weep the hostile forces of Midian out of the country, after God had unleashed His selection procedure, only 300 men were left! Something similar will happen again at this end time. In my own environment I have seen that “brothers and sisters” failed hopelessly and were set aside. Deceived by the teachings of evil spirits that dragged them to the abyss. “They came from us but they were not from us,” the apostle John once wrote in 1 John 2:19.
We return to Revelation 12. In verse 5 it says: “and her child was suddenly taken away to God and His throne.” Translated to everyday practice, this is a description of the moment when a person has reached perfection, after which Satan no longer has any control over his actions. And neither in his thoughts, we read in Revelation 7:3: “....and he said, Do not harm the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads”.
In Isaiah 35:8-10 this is described as a sacred way on which no destructive animal can come. With these shredding animals is meant the furious evil spirits that, just like their commander, Satan himself, carry on destroying everything that is somewhat reminiscent of God. This is also noticeable when “bible scientists” believe they can prove once again that in the four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) a very different gospel is preached than that “Jesus from Nazareth” would have originally preached. Following the advice that it is better for man to seek salvation from the god within himself (a New Age lie!) or from the many fake gods that various enemy religions want to push us through the throat.
Jesus therefore said to His disciples: “In the world you will suffer tribulation...”
Paul wrote about this in Colossians 1:24: “Now I rejoice at what I suffer
for your sake, and fill in my flesh what lacks the oppressions of Christ for his body, that is the church.”
He testified of the cross in his life he bore voluntarily. A cross that every son of God in training will
also have to bear. This is partly the reason why the sons of God ultimately have nothing to expect from
people because the hatred of many people will turn against them. Jesus made it clear to His disciples
that they “would be hated by all” and “If they have persecuted Me, they will
also persecute you” (John 15:20). The apostle Peter, in turn, writes
in 1 Peter 2:21: “Christ also suffered for you and left you an example.”
This means that those who want to go the way of Jesus must pay a price because of their suffering. In
Matthew 10:38, Jesus therefore said: “He who does not take up his cross
and go after me is not worthy of me” and in Luke 14:27 Jesus said it
like this: “He who does not bear his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple”.
In other words: “whoever does not want to pay this price will not share in My glory.”
This does not mean that a person in such a case would be lost forever, but it does mean
that in eternal life he will not get the status that the true disciples will get.
To be able to form this army of sons of God, Jesus gives in Matthew 28:19 to
His disciples the command: “Go ye then, teach all nations in My Name, and teach them how to keep
what I have commanded you.” So a disciple is a cross-bearer who experiences a cross in his life
from which his old, sinful man will die. When this finally will happen, he is a son of God.
However, the lie of “being a sinner to death”, which can be heard in various “traditional”
churches, goes against this. Did Jesus ever preach this? Why have they nevertheless preached this doctrine
of evil spirits for many centuries while Jesus' words are clear enough about this? Only those who really
love Jesus want to share in His suffering, after which they will eventually also take part in His glorification,
we read in Romans 8:17: “If we are now children, then we are also heirs:
heirs of God, and co-heirs of Christ; for if we share in his suffering, it is also to share in his glorification.”
In summary, we get:
What has become clear to me over the years is that Satan is a master at hollowing out the gospel. It should be noted that the “gospel” that remains in such a case is no longer a gospel, even though people still speak the same language and use Bible texts to reinforce that hollowed-out gospel. The various variations on this theme that already crossed my path made it crystal clear that the large bulk of Christianity is sheepishly carried away by the seemingly sincere language uttered by the deceivers in service of Satan. That language may seem convincing, the actual content and meaning of those words are completely different. A worldwide example of such a hollowing out of the gospel is the Roman Catholic religion. This large-scale fishing net has gripped millions, and Satan has been working on it systematically since his defeat at Golgotha. This hostile religion is, in fact, a form of adapted satanism. Made for the stupid crowd, as the occultists of the Vatican themselves admit.
Because he works with deception, Satan is continually replacing the truth with half truths, whole lies and all variants in between. In the first centuries of Christianity this first took shape in the emerging pagan Roman Catholicism, as the officially recognized Religion of the Roman Empire, and all derived and related orthodox churches and religions that together are nothing but an occult repository full of worship of the dead, impressive cathedrals, fake saints and a bunch of dogmas, traditions, liturgies and everything else that religious people can be very busy with. Those so-called saints by the way are the substitutes for the idols that the people of Israël worshiped at the time. While Jesus said something completely different to the Samaritan woman, one nevertheless dares to claim that the huge cathedrals and church buildings would be the place where one can meet God. However, Jesus said in John 4:21-24 to the Samaritan woman: “Believe me, woman, the hour is coming that you will not worship the Father on this mountain or in Jerusalem. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews; but the hour is coming and is now that the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth; for the Father seeks such worshipers ; God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and in truth.” We do not need such an above-ground burial cellar for that.
King Solomon also understood at the initiation of the temple that the Supreme does not live in what is made with human hands. We can read that in 1 Kings 8:27: “Would God really live on earth? Behold, the heavens, even the heavens of the heavens, cannot comprehend You, how much less this house that I have built.” The apostle Paul, in turn, testified in Acts 17:24 in Athens to the gathered philosophical Greeks that the God who made the world does not dwell in temples made with hands: “The God who made the world and all that is therein, who is a Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made with hands”. So, this worship is not connected to any “holy” place whatsoever. The holy place that God seeks to live in is the sincere heart of that man who has accepted the gospel of Jesus with all his heart. With His response to the Samaritan woman in John 4:21-24, Jesus simultaneously announced the definitive end of the Old Testament temple service. Because with Jesus the real and spiritual temple service had come. We read in Colossians 2:16-17: “Then let no one continue to judge you with regard to food and drink or with regard to a holiday, new moon or Sabbath, things that only be a shadow of what was to come, while the reality is Christ's.” In practice, this means that we can find God wherever we are. Even if it is while driving. I have done that very often myself. And you know what? It has even saved me from accidents!
The impressive church buildings that are full of images of “saints” are nothing but above-ground
burial places where spiritual death reigns. And are also places of idolatry. Because the images of “saints”
that we find in them are in reality idols on which a curse rests and objects that divert the attention
of our only Savior: Jesus Christ. More than once during my travels through Europe, I stood in the doorway
with surprise because of another such impressive church building. In France in particular, it seemed as
if every hamlet was built around such a tomb. The doors, which are approximately five meters high, mainly
conveyed only one message to the tiny people who dared to enter these places. That message was: you are
only a small and insignificant person and this mighty church holds your eternal destiny, so submit to
the power of the church because otherwise.... And indeed, standing next to those tall doors and looking
up at those high door posts make you feel very small and insignificant. This form of psychological
warfare therefore inevitably has the effect intended by the builders on the churchgoers who are troubled
by terror.
Returning to those idols, the all-embracing worship of Mary within the Roman church is also the disguised
and “Christian” version of the worship of the pagan heavenly queen, the people of Israël
were guilty of it too. As we read in Jeremiah 7:18: “The children gather
wood, the fathers light a fire and the women knead dough to make sacrifices for the queen of heaven and
they bring libations to other gods in order to offend Me”.
On another page of this site I already wrote about this deception. Of which here a quote:
In September 2009 an unexpected confirmation of the latter crossed my path. It concerned a large statue
of the Virgin Mary that was displayed in a display case in the museum of Schokland, the former island
in the Zuiderzee that is now located within the borders of the Noordoostpolder (in the Netherlands). Next
to it was a sign that read a prayer to Mary. At the time, the people of Schokland apparently had time
for some religion in addition to fishing and robbing other skippers. Anyway, if one regularly sees the
small island flood during the heavy storms, one wants to save the (still dry) skin from a certain drowning
death, one will only too happily resort to a supernatural power. That power turned out to be Maria for
the Roman Catholic part of the Schokkers. Obviously not knowing who this “Mary” actually represents
this was their prayer. A
prayer that reminded us of bad times as a remnant of so much death in the window of the Schokker museum.
Affected by this confirmation, I made the photo that you just admired without delay. In it I have underlined
the diabolical blasphemy where I emphasize on purpose. It does not really require much spiritual insight,
I thought, to realize that the statement in this prayer: “You are after all the most powerful
after God” is an outright denial of the position our only Savior, Jesus Christ, holds. Satanism,
disguised as the Roman Catholic religion, however, sweeps Jesus aside and places Satan (represented in
his feminine form) on Jesus' position. On a subsequent visit to the aforementioned museum, I noticed that
the Maria statue in question, including the prayer to Satan, had been removed. End of quote.
As has already been said, Satan is constantly replacing truth with half-truths, whole lies and all
variants in between. I also witnessed this process in my own church at the time. It turned out to be a
practical example of the parable of the weeds in the field, which Jesus told in Matthew
13:24-30. This parable goes as follows: “The kingdom of heaven corresponds to someone who
had sown good seed in his field. But while the people slept, his enemy came and sowed weeds in the midst
of the corn, and went away. When the grain came up and set fruit, then the weeds also appeared. Then the
slaves came from the owner and said to him: Lord, have you not sown good seed in your field? How does
he get weeds? He said to them, An enemy has done that. The slaves said to him, Do you want us to assemble
it? He said: No, because when you gather the weeds you could also pull the corn out. Let both grow together
until the harvest. And at harvest time I will say to the reapers: First gather the weeds and bind them
in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat in my barn.”
To the question of the slaves about the origin of the weeds, the answer is: “That is what a hostile
man has done”, which means Satan. This is precisely what the apostle Paul already warned the elders
of Ephesus in Acts 20:29-30 where he gave the urgent warning: “I know
myself that after my departure, grim wolves will come to you that will not spare the herd; and men will
arise from your own midst who speak the wrong things to attract the disciples after them.” Yes,
it is really there: from your own midst!
The good seed in this parable means the wheat and the weeds is the Dolik. In Israël this is a
type of weed with poisonous leafs that cannot be distinguished from the good grain during growing up,
but only show differences with the good (edible) grain when it is grown up. That is why the slaves in
the parable were not allowed to remove the weeds before it was fully grown because there was a chance
that they would inadvertently remove the good grain too. The good grain in this parable are the sons of
God. The Dolik, on the other hand, are the sons of perdition, or explained in more common language: these
are the apostates and Satan worshipers who will form the army of anti-christ. These two groups grow up
together until the difference becomes all too clear. These apostates expose themselves primarily through
their deeds.
Jesus said this in Matthew 7:16-20: “You will know them by their fruits:
one does not read grapes from thorns or figs from thistles, does one? In this way every good tree produces
good fruit, but the bad tree produces bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, or a bad tree can
bear good fruit. Every tree that does not produce good fruit is cut and thrown into the fire. That is
how you will know them by their fruits.” Those bad fruits can be recognized, for example, by
their blunt ax methods and the devastation they cause. Their true nature can be recognized by their fruits
and not by their pious talk. If those fruits are a trail of injury and trauma, it is clear what kind of
bad trees we are dealing with.
Of course they themselves believe that they act on behalf of God, but Jesus dealt with that in John 16:2-3 already: “You will be banned from the synagogue; yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killeth you shall believe that ye are doing a holy service unto God. And they will do this because they know neither the Father nor me.” I have seen people like this up close and therefore write from experience and as an eyewitness. I saw hell in their eyes at the time. It is almost unimaginable how you can see people changing who were initially on the right track.
The apostates that we saw in our own congregation at the time, did not manage take charge of the congregation,
after which they started their own congregation (read: “synagogue of satan”). It was soon found
out that they fell prey to various other teachings of evil spirits. Including the lie that Jesus Christ
is not the only begotten Son of God before the foundation of the world, but nevertheless a righteous
person. However, there is nothing new under the sun because already during the preaching of the apostles
this erroneous doctrine was constantly emerging. In our days we find this deception in what we now know
as the “New Age”.
However, the Bible clearly states that whoever claims something like that is at the service of Satan.
This is worded by the apostle John as follows in 1 John 4:2-3: “By this
you recognize the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is
from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not of God. And this is the spirit of anti-christ,
of which you have heard that he will come, and he is already in the world now.” That is bad news
for the apostates who proclaim this lie. However, I have little hope that this bad news will change their
hardened heart anyway, because of my experiences with the ongoing spiritual decline that I have seen with
these people at the time. Because whoever wants to repent of it will have to crawl through the dust very
deeply. Such a humiliation is an almost impregnable obstacle for every haughty sinner.
During Jesus' presence in this world, He was regularly confronted with the spiritual rulers of the people of Israël, the Pharisees and their peers. They only sought their own honor. They knew who Jesus was because in John 12:42-43 we are told: “And yet many of the rulers even believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess this, not to be banished from the synagogue; for they were more concerned with the honor of men than with the honor of God.” Nevertheless, they wanted to kill Jesus again and again when He called God His Father. We read that in John 5:18: “For this reason the Jews tried all the more to kill Him, because He not only violated the Sabbath, but also called God his own Father and thus equated Himself with God.” Even today, there are again such ungodly deniers who, under the guise of the “full gospel,” will not accept the deity of Jesus. In 1 John 2:22 John tore off the mask of these deniers: “Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist....” So whoever proclaims something like that speaks on behalf of the mind of anti-christ. Even though people learn that Jesus is the Christ, they have completely undermined the identity of Jesus Christ by denying His origin. And where that happens, a church is no longer a church, but a robber's den, a synagogue of Satan.
The spiritual decline that I saw happen in my own church at the time made it clear to me at an early
stage that it was completely permeated with pride and grandeur madness. Claims such as: “we are
superior to the apostle Paul” or: “we are superior to the bible,” and more similar
claims were not difficult to expose: you could see right through them. Pride was overwhelming. It was,
as it were, in the air already years before that this madness of grandeur would totally get out of hand.
And indeed: time has since confirmed it all.
We must further establish that in the rest of the world this same spoilage has already defeated its (ten)
thousands. In America, for example, such a decay has been known since the 1940s under the name: Latter
Rain Movement, and the Manifest Sons of God that resulted from it. Reading about that, the
most fantastic great deeds, wonders, signs and promises are claimed by them. In summary, these errors
amount to adding completely unbiblical fantasies to what the Bible tells us. And what towers above all
that? Indeed: pride and greatness madness.It is again the same story of the weeds in the field. There
is, however, one characteristic by which the true disciples of Jesus can always be recognized, and that
is their humility. That humility is all the easier to recognize when one reads what Jesus said about it
in John 7:18, where He says: “He who speaks of himself seeks his own
honor, but he who seeks the honor of his sender is true and there is no injustice in him.”
The problem with these apostates is that there is a (cross-shaped) price tag on the gospel of Jesus and these mercenaries do not want to pay the full price for it. That unwillingness is hidden from view with the slogan that the cross is a “passed station”, which is a remarkably cunning way to mask that people have actually chosen the path of least resistance! When people deliberately run after these lies, they have moved back to the big city of Babylon. And this Babylon is called the great whore in the Bible. This whore has made friends with the enemy of God (Revelation 17:1-18). Conclusion: the apostates who have come forth from the “full gospel church” have fallen for the god of the “New Age,” the spirit of anti-christ, who in Revelation 13 is also called: the beast out of the sea. It is hoped that with the sincere in these (full gospel) circles the eyes may still open so that they too will respond to Jesus' call to withdraw from spiritual Babylon.
If Jesus Himself set the example and accepted suffering, every child of God who wants to follow Jesus will have to accept pain and humiliation. This was made clear by Jesus to His disciples in John 15:20, where He said: “Remember the word that I have spoken to you: A slave is not above his lord. If they have persecuted Me, they will also persecute you....” That there are indeed people who have accepted this cross is found in Revelation 14:4 where it is said of the sons of God: “These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes.” Where did the Lamb of God go? Wasn't it to Gethsemane and Calvary? The sons of God will also have a Gethsemane and a Calvary in their lives, and that is absolutely deadly. At least for their old man. Because that old man, their sinful nature, will have to make way for the perfect man God is waiting for. In Revelation 12:11 it is said of them: “And they have not loved their lives unto death.” Of course there should be that willingness to give up this natural life and die for the cause of Christ, if it were to happen. However, it is much more painful and much more difficult because of old sinful life that eventually has to die off. That is precisely why many children of God flee to who knows how many corners and holes in order to escape this. Because that price is too high for them. After His resurrection, Jesus was given the power to work out His Father's redemption plan. He is now waiting for those children of God who are not only satisfied with the fact that they are saved but are also willing to take on that cross, disregarding the shame, and want to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
It is not difficult to understand why Satan is committed to hiding the gospel of the sons of God by making it a mystery. In this end time, he has therefore replaced it by all sorts of misleading fabrications such as the “rapture of the church” that declares how the believers would be taken from the earth before the great tribulation begins. There is indeed a rapture in the Bible. Paul talks about that in 1 Corinthians 15:51. There, however, is written by Paul about the moment when the sons of God will receive their immortal bodies, after which the great final battle is going to happen. In the Bible, however, there is also a night in which nobody can work. That means that during that night no one in this world will be open to the gospel. Jesus speaks about this in John 9:4. That is the dark period in which lawlessness reaches its maximum in this world. Nowhere in the Bible is it stated, however, that the sons of God will be spared for oppression and persecution. Writing this, I have to think back to those years in which I experienced brothers and sisters who preferred to flee with their tails between their legs as soon as the subject of spiritual warfare was discussed. The fact that the aforementioned rapture theory was liked among these cowardly people was to be expected. However, the Bible is clear that we will not be spared suffering and persecution. So, no matter what time the sons of God will be allowed to leave the earth, they have known the cross of suffering anyway in their lives. It cannot be avoided. Hoping for a rapture before a period of much persecution comes from a heart that shuns spiritual struggle and persecution. The necessity of that spiritual struggle is precisely what Jesus wanted to convince His disciples. The hope that one can nevertheless leave the battlefield before the big blow is once again the search for the way of least resistance. It is an illusion to think that Satan will eventually relinquish his power voluntarily as the ruler of this world. On the contrary, a fierce battle will precede this. That effort will not take place on this earth but in the spiritual world. Satan and his evil spirits live in that spiritual world. They are therefore spiritual beings. Satan can therefore not be defeated with natural weapons. That will certainly not work with swords or sticks and not even with nuclear weapons. The final battle is mentioned in Revelation 19:19: “And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse, and against His army.”
But before this time arrives, a process of sorting will take place. Concerning this our God Himself determines times and places. Some of the deceptions and teachings of evil spirits have already been discussed in the foregoing. It may sound strange but this all is used by God. For example, we can read in Proverbs 16:4: “The Lord made everything for his purpose, even the wicked for the day of evil.” It is not so that He made that wicked like that, but his evil deeds are allowed by God in order to cooperate for good. What we saw happening in our own church at the time and what has already been described above had clearly to do with this. We witnessed it all. By the way, the fact that this worldwide settlement process is coming was already predicted in the Old Testament. As already mentioned above, in Judges 7 we read about Gideon who was ordered by God to throw out the invading Midianites. However, this was preceded by a rigorous selection procedure so that Gideon of the 32,000 men who initially marched with him to defeat the Midianites only 300 men were left! Despite the fact that Gideon was still running around with fear because of this handful of people that he had left, the battle turned out to be successful! Because in fact it was God's battle.
In Revelation 19:19 is described how it will end up with the “world teacher” (the anti-Christ). It says that this beast and the kings of the earth and their armies are waging war against Him who sits on the white horse and against His army. These are Jesus in company of the sons of God. If after this final battle in the spiritual Armageddon, against this occult antichrist and his occult followers, the victory has been won, the sons of God will reign together with Jesus Christ in their imperishable resurrection body as kings in the millennial kingdom of peace. (Revelation 20:4). In Daniël 12:3 these sons of God are called: the wise ones that will shine like the brightness of the firmament forever and ever. During the millennial kingdom of peace they will be busy restoring the destroyed and badly damaged creation until the (renewed) new earth will be a fact. Hence the apostle Paul in Romans 8:19 sighed: “For with eager desire the creation waits for the sons of God to be revealed.” And in Romans 8:22: “For we know that all creation hitherto is in all its parts sighing and in travail.” So this creation is dependent on the sons of God for deliverance from the domination of the ruler of this world, Satan. Who now sees his time ending.
In other words: without these sons of God, God does not want to put an end to the rule of Satan. Those who have become conformed to Jesus, who have accepted humiliation and suffering as a good soldier (2 Timothy 2:3) and have learned humility to be exalted by God later on. Or as Paul describes it in 1 Corinthians 1:27-30: “And what is weak for the world has been chosen by God to shame what is strong for the world.” In James 1:18 they are called the firstfruits (“first fruits of fruit” according to the original text) among God's creatures. Those who have no prestige in this world will, after the final battle with Jesus, reign as kings in the millennial kingdom of peace and beyond. Jesus said of Himself that He had not come to be served but to serve. That is the mind of God and He wants it to be known to mankind. He wants to be known as the God that He really is. The God who, since the fall of man, had to endure the reproach that an extremely unpleasant humanity did to Him. Who had to watch as the angel of light, who remained in His presence, betrayed Him and abused the power he had received from God to turn this world into a robber's den. As a serving spirit, Satan had the right to gain access to this world. Because God cannot deny Himself and therefore never changes His decisions and principles, which Satan knew very well, God had to witness that Satan seduced the first human couple into sin and thereby alienated them from their Creator. Satan knew exactly how far he could go and was therefore able to approach man. With the meanwhile well-known consequences: betrayal again. We can safely state that since then, Satan and his entire demon gang have triumphantly mocked the Creator in the delusion that they outsmarted the God of the universe. This whole drama of betrayal was repeated when the Son of God was betrayed by His own disciple Judas. Only that betrayal heralded the definitive demise of Satan's empire. Jesus came to this world to bring the sacrifice of obedience to the Father. He succeeded in what Satan did not expect. “And none of the rulers of this age have known of her, for if they had known of her, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory” we can read in 1 Corinthians 2:8. Instead Satan himself was thus disgraced. We find that in Colossians 2:15: “He (Jesus) has disarmed the governments and powers and openly exhibited them and thus triumphed over them.”
For those who are still wondering what the Bible teaches us about the sons of God, I have listed a number of the Bible passages in question. So for those who still think they can resort to the dogmas and false teachings of spiritual Babylon in order to avoid what the Bible has to say about this, it is advisable to take a look at the following list. I have added my comments in parentheses.
Ezechiel 28:7: “Therefore, behold, I bring strangers upon you, the most
violent of nations; they will draw their swords against the splendor of your wisdom and defile your splendor.”
(A prophecy about the demise of Satan, thanks to the sons of God).
Matthew 5:48: “You shall be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect.”
(What Jesus taught His disciples, and who are we to deny it).
Matthew 10:37-38: “He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy
of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and he who does not take up
his cross and go after Me is not worthy of Me.” (About carrying the cross).
Matthew 19:21: “Jesus said to him, If you will be perfect, go, sell your
possessions and give it to the poor, and you will have treasure in the heavens, and come here, follow
me.” (About willing to give away the temporary possessions).
Matthew 24:22: “And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be
saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened.” (You have not endured a superhuman
temptation).
Matthew 24:24: “For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and they
will do great signs and wonders, so that, if possible, they would deceive the very elect.” (The
devil will throw everything in battle to bring down the sons of God).
Romans 5:3: “And not only in this, but we also boast in the tribulations,
knowing that the tribulation works out perseverance.” (About persevering despite suffering for
Christ's sake).
Romans 8:14: “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.”
(Self-explanatory).
Romans 8:17-19: “If we are now children, then we are also heirs: heirs of
God, and fellow heirs of Christ; for if we share in His suffering, it is also to share in His glorification.
For I am sure that the sufferings of the present do not outweigh the glory that will be revealed over
us. For with eager anticipation, creation awaits the manifestation of the sons of God.” (One
of Paul's clearest statements concerning the sons of God).
Romans 8:28-29: “We now know that God makes all things work together for
good to those who love God, who are called according to his purpose. For he whom he had known before,
he also predetermined to conform to the image of His son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers.”
(Another confession from Paul).
Romans 8:35: “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Tribulation
or distress or persecution or hunger, or nakedness, or danger, or the sword?” (Paul knew what
he was talking about).
1 Corinthians 1:26-28: “Only see, brethren, what you were when you were
called: not many wise men after the flesh, not many influential, not many significant. On the contrary,
what is foolish for the world has been chosen by God to shame the wise, and what is weak for the world
has been chosen by God to shame what is strong; and what is insignificant and despised for the world has
God chosen and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.” (See the agreement with
James 2:5).
1 Corinthians 6:2: “Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world?
And if the judgment of the world rests with you, are you not competent for the most insignificant case
law?” (Concerning the last judgment in which the sons of God also participate).
1 Corinthians 6:3: “Know ye not that we shall judge angels? How much more
than about everyday things?”(Again the judgment).
2 Corinthians 1:5: “For as Christ's suffering is abundantly upon us, so
abundant consolation comes to us through Christ.” (The suffering for Christ's sake and the work
of the Comforter = the Holy Spirit).
2 Corinthians 4:17-18: “For the light burden of oppression, for a moment,
works for us far beyond the eternal weight of glory, since we do not look at the visible, but at the invisible;
for the visible is temporary, but the invisible is eternal.” (Self-explanatory, I assume).
Philippians 3:10-14: “All this to know Him and the power of His resurrection
and the fellowship of His sufferings, or I, conforming to his death, may come to the resurrection from
the dead. Not that I would have already obtained it or would already be perfect, but I would like to see
if I could also grasp it, because I was also seized by Christ Jesus. My dear brethren, I do not think
that I have already taken hold of it, but I do one thing: forgetting what lies behind me and reaching
for what lies before me, I pursue the goal for the price of God's calling, that of above is in Christ
Jesus”. (Paul's personal testimony).
Colossians 1:28: “We declare him, when we reprove every man, and teach every
man in all wisdom, to make every man perfect in Christ.” (About the purpose of correction and
exhortation, so this is all about upbringing).
2 Thessalonians 1:10: “When He comes to be glorified in that day in His
saints and to be seen with astonishment in all who have come to faith; for our testimony has found faith
in you.”(The final result).
Hebrews 2:10: “For it was for Him, through whom and by whom all things exist,
that He, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.”
(Jesus set the example).
Hebrews 12:7: “As a discipline you have to bear this: God treats you like
sons. For is there a son who is not chastened by his father?” (The inevitable upbringing).
James 1:18: “According to His counsel, He brought us forth by the word of
truth, to be firstfruits in a certain sense among his creatures.” (About the important position
the sons of God occupy).
James 2:5: “Hear, my beloved brothers! Has not God chosen the poor to the
world to be rich in the faith and heirs of the Kingdom that He has promised to those who love Him?”
(See the agreement with 1 Corinthians 1:26-28).
1 Peter 1:15-16: “But as He that called you is holy, so also you yourself
become holy in all your walk; for it is written, 'Be holy, for I am holy.'” (A confession of Peter).
1 Peter 2:9: “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy
nation, a people for God's possession, to proclaim the great deeds of Him who called you out of darkness
to His marvelous light.” (They are the priests of the New Covenant).
1 Peter 4:13: “On the contrary, rejoice as you share in the suffering of
Christ, that you may rejoice with joy in the revelation of His glory.” (Another confession of
Peter).
1 John 4:17: “Herein is the love made perfect with us, that we have boldness
on the day of judgment; for as he is, so are we in this world.” (A confession of John).
1 John 5:4: “For all that is born of God conquers the world; and this is
the victory that the world has overcome; our faith.” (Nothing will succeed without faith).
Revelation 3:21: “He that overcometh shall I give him to sit with Me on
My throne, even as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” (Even more result).
Revelation 12:1-2: “And a great sign was seen in heaven: a woman clothed
with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and a wreath of twelve stars upon her head; and she was pregnant
and screamed in her pain to give birth.” (This is about the struggle while growing to perfection).
Revelation 12:4-5: “And his tail dragged a third of the stars of heaven
and threw it on the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, to devour
it as soon as she gave birth to her child. And she gave birth to a son, a male being, who will guard
all nations with an iron staff; and her child was suddenly taken away to God and His throne.”
(The constant threat of the old dragon who is after their destruction).
Revelation 14:4: “These are they who have not defiled themselves with women,
for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were purchased from men
as firstfruits for God and the Lamb. (About following Jesus and the absolute necessity of obedience).
Revelation 17:12-14: “And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings, who
have not yet received kingship, but for one hour they receive power like kings with the beast. These are
one of meaning and give their strength and power to the beast. These shall wage war against the Lamb,
but the Lamb shall prevail against them (for He is the Lord of lords and King of kings) and those who
are with Him, the called and chosen and believers.” (The latter are the sons of God in the final
battle).
Revelation 20:4: “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and the judgment
was given unto them; and I saw the souls of those who were beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for
the word of God, and who had worshiped neither the beast nor his image, and who had not received the mark
on their foreheads and on their hands; and they revived and reigned as kings with Christ for a thousand
years.” (About their role in the millennial kingdom of peace).
It is particularly recommended that the reader first consult with himself instead of waging war against
them who dare to speak (or to write) the truth. If even Jesus rightly declared His enemies to be hypocrites
and vipers as He did in Matthew 23:1-39, we cannot avoid speaking or writing
clear language out of concern for this sighing creation. This page is also the result of this.
If by the end of every year the children of God stand dutifully singing about “peace on earth”
while deep in their hearts they despise the gospel of Jesus, about the necessity of growing up to be sons
of God, their “peace” will be put to pieces and will remain a deceptive dream. So the warning
applies to them: “What do you call me Lord, Lord, and do not do what I say?” This world
will not get better from people who are practicing a religion, but from those who have a living relationship
with Jesus Christ. Precisely because the latter is not the case with masses of children of God there are
so many denominations in our arrogant Netherlands. Time and time again, people think they know better
than God Himself. I once heard someone ask themselves: “If they all have the same Bible, why are
there so many different churches and meetings?” A bull's-eye, and a question that Christian Netherlands
should regularly ask itself.
It must also be realized that a gospel that does not correspond to what Jesus taught His disciples isn't a gospel at all. Just a weak story that Jesus does not care about. He didn't come to this world for that. If a person may know that he has received eternal life, it is beautiful and good but not good enough for God. Jesus came to this world to become the first among many brothers (male/female) through His suffering, and those are not sinners but people who have become conformed to Him (Romans 8:29). The prophet Ezekiel saw this in a vision in which he saw the hopeless state of spiritual Israël (Ezekiel 37: 1-14). It is about time that all those dry bones come to life again and become sons of God.
Finally: in Isaiah 43:13 we read that God says: “I work, and who will reverse it?” This means that the mystery of the sons of God will eventually result in the manifestation of the sons of God and will eventually destroy the Antichrist and his followers and the chief of this world will have to relinquish his position to Jesus Christ so that together with the sons of God Jesus Christ can begin the restoration of creation. Then, after a very long night, the Sun of righteousness will rise again over this world.
The eradication of evil and lawlessness is aptly described in Malachi 4:1-3: “Because, behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven! Then all the reckless ones and all who commit wickedness will be like stubble, and the day to come will set them on fire (says the Lord of Hosts) who will leave neither their root nor branch. But for you that fear my name, the sun of righteousness will rise, and there will be healing under its wings; you shall go out and jump like calves out of the stable. You shall tread down the wicked, for they shall be as dust under the soles of your feet on the day that I shall prepare, says the Lord of Hosts.”
